Pursuant to clause 3 of article 73 of the Procedure (https://zakup.sk.kz/#/ext/regulation), the information on the planned procurement, without using the EPIS procurement web portal (www.zakup.sk.kz), to be carried out using the special procedure, except for procurement to be carried out pursuant to to sub-clause 1.1 of this article, are to be posted on the websites of the Clients (if any) or PCs.
