Annual activity report
In accordance with paragraph 6 of Article 25 of the Law of Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 27, 2018 No. 204-VI “On Natural Monopolies” (hereinafter - Law), a natural monopoly entity shall conduct annual and bi-annual reports on execution of the approved tariff estimate, on execution of the approved investment programs for consumers and other interested parties.
In addition, in pursuance of the requirements of subparagraph 24) of paragraph 2 of Article 26 of this Law, a natural monopoly entity is obliged to post reports on implementation of the tariff estimate, on execution of the approved investment program to consumers and other persons in media, including its Internet resource.
