Production personnel assessment in Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP

In July 2015 Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP conducted production personnel assessment.

Based on the assessment and test results almost 16 percent of the production unit employees have exceeded the expectations of the Commission members.

The most part of (72 percent) of the Production unit met the expectations.

About 12 percent of the assessed employees have satisfactory results.

According to the decision of the Commission for assessment of the production unit personnel, the production employees have been recommended to prepare the individual development plans.
