KCP provided financial aid to the family of the deceased employee

Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP provided financial aid to purchase a 3-room apartment in Almaty for the family of Kenzhebai Sabirov who tragically died in the flight accident in November 2012. 

He was survived by his wife and three underage children (sons Batyr and Arsen born in 2004 and 2006 respectively, and daughter Aylin born in 2012), who lived in highly unfavorable conditions in a dorm. 

This decision was a result of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP management’s petition to the Partnership Participants - KazTransOil JSC from the Kazakh side and Chinese National Oil and Gas Exploration and Development Corporation (CNODC) from Chinese side, who supported the decision. 

The approval of this issue was preceded by numerous requests for financial aid from Galiya Sabirova, the widow of the deceased employee.
