Meeting with representatives of the Partnership's contractors

On November 30, 2023, a meeting on health, labor, environmental, industrial and fire safety was held at Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP based on the results of 10 months of 2023.

The event was attended by the heads of the Partnership, as well as interested heads of structural units, representatives of contracting organizations, employees of the Branch in Alashankou, China (via conference call. The meeting was chaired by Tian Aimin General Director and S. Rziyev First Deputy General Director.

The subject of the meeting was extensive and consisted of two parts.

In the first part, reports were heard from the director of HSE Department M. Gusmanov, “Vital Rules”, “Double Prevention Mechanism”, and representatives of contracting organizations for 10 months of 2023 on health and safety issues at the Partnership’s facilities. 

The second part included reports from the director of HSE Department M. Gusmanov “On the activities of the Partnership in the field of HSE based on the results of 10 months of 2023”, the director of Alashankou branch, China “Occupational safety and health for 10 months of 2023 at Alashankou MS”, Deputy Director of HSE Department A. Akhmetova “Corrective actions based on the results of SPI Audit”.

At the meeting, problematic issues related to activities in the field of labor protection and the environment, and industrial safety were also discussed.

In the final speech, the leaders of the Partnership summed up the results of the meeting and emphasized that these meetings must be held regularly to improve work in the field of production safety and discuss problematic issues that need to be resolved efficiently and as soon as possible.
