Meeting on production results for 2023

On December 22, 2023 there was a meeting at the Partnership office on the results of production activities of the Partnership for 2023 and tasks for 2024.  The meeting was attended by representatives of the Western and Eastern Departments of Operator Services of KazTransOil JSC, the Partnership’s management, directors of structural units of the Production Unit and HSE Department.

Welcoming speech was given to the General Director Tian Aimin  and First Deputy General Director Rziyev S.А.,  who noted the satisfactory results of the Partnership’s production activities in 2023, the absence of accidents and emergencies, as well as the implementation of all planned measures aimed at ensuring the safety of production personnel and the reliability of all systems and equipment. 

During the meeting, reports were heard from: Head of the Western Department of Operator Services of KazTransOil JSC A.N. Beshimov, Head of the Eastern Department of Operator Services of KazTransOil JSC A.A. Urpekov, Deputy General Director for Production  of the Partnership M.K. Igaliyev, Director of the HSE Department of the Partnership M.A. Gusmanov.

Production issues were also discussed at the meeting, including a risk-oriented approach to production processes, renewal of vehicles and special equipment used to operate oil pipeline facilities, improvement of the level of technical equipment of facilities, the phased introduction and development of digitalization and “green technologies”. Much attention was paid to the tasks for 2024, with priority given to ensuring uninterrupted, safe and energy-efficient operation of the main and auxiliary equipment of main oil pipelines for the purpose of proper execution of plans for oil transportation through the Partnership’s pipelines, as well as the execution of all planned organizational and technical measures to prepare production facilities for operation in the flood and autumn-winter periods.
