Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP greets the Review Committee

On February 21, 2022, the Review Committee began to audit the financial and economic activities of the Partnership as of December 31, 2021 in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Limited and Additional Liability Partnerships" and Article 10 of the Charter of the Partnership.

The Review Committee consists of 6 people: 3 representatives of CNODC and 3 representatives of KazTransOil JSC. In accordance with the preliminary audit plan, the experts of KazTransOil JSC have been invited - Deputy Director of Department for Legal Expertise of Contracts and Chief Manager of Capital Construction and Capital Repair Department.

The Partnership management greeted the Review Committee, thanked the Participants of the Partnership for their active support in business and compliance management, and called on all structural divisions of the Partnership to cooperate and help members of the committee in their further work.

The annual audit will last before March 4th.
