Come on, KCP united!

Some people say that teambuilding is a sort of fashionable waste of time, but Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP believes it helps shaping a promising future. This time KCP chose “Eight lakes” resort as its venue to host the event. 

As part of this offsite exercise employees were divided into teams to demonstrate creative approach while coping with challenging tasks. “Sack race” was the first testout for the teams. Contestants struggled to come first and they were accompanied by assistants, who helped their team mates to minimize time loss as they changed over. Assyk game (chuko bones) was really exciting as nominants from the teams did their best to bring the victory. Tug of war was another spectacular show of strength, teamwork and smart performance.

The most crucial element of the exercises was the Marshmallow Challenge test. Divided into several teams and provided with spaghetti, tape, string and scissors the teams had to build the tallest free-standing structure. Surprising lessons emerged when judges compared teams’ performance. The winners received cups and certificates of merit.
