Meeting with colleagues

On November 7, 2023, the Partnership’s management held a meeting with the team, which was attended by staff employees and outstaffing employees. 

The meeting was opened by Sabit Rziyev, First Deputy General Director . Having announced the agenda, the Director informed the employees about the financial and economic activities of KCP for 9 months of 2023. At the same time, it was noted that the volume of oil transportation by the Partnership was completed by 99.6%. “We must gather our strength to fulfill the plans and tasks set for 2023, the equipment must function continuously and transportation must be uninterrupted. In turn, the management resolves all issues regarding social security of employees: medical insurance services are purchased, gyms, a swimming pool, and fitness are at the disposal of employees. Cultural events, participation in the Sport events, and New Year's events for employees and their children are planned for the next year. We pay great attention to improving the qualifications of employees; training is provided at seminars and courses. We are increasing payments for financial assistance to employees in various categories,” noted S. Rziyev. At the end of his speech, he reminded those present about the upcoming anniversary in 2024 - the 20th anniversary of the company, and called on everyone to take an active part in preparing for the event.

General Director, Tian Aimin was the next speaker. He thanked the management and all employees for the opportunity to meet with the team and discuss all pressing issues. Supporting the opinion of the First Deputy on implementation of the plan, he asked workers, first of all, to remember labor safety, compliance with legal requirements and internal documents of the Partnership.
