KCP Observes World Day for Occupational Safety
As part of the program, employees who have made a significant contribution to the development of a strong safety culture were recognized. Such initiatives help reinforce shared values and establish common standards across the company.
The event was conducted in an interactive format, including teamwork sessions, discussions of practical cases, and analysis of real operational situations.
Employees from production sites, the Alashankou (PRC) branch, and the head office joined the event, ensuring broad engagement across all divisions.
The session was moderated by Askat Yeraliyev , an internationally certified expert from Horizon INC.
The following key topics were addressed:
- root causes of safety violations
- practical aspects of risk management

- factors contributing to incidents
The discussion involved employees, contractors, and partners, highlighting that safety is a shared responsibility of all participants in the operational process.
