Report on implementation of the approved tariff estimates and investment program of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP to provide regulated services to consumers and other interested parties for the 1st half of 2023.

On July 25, 2023 employees of Kazakhstan-China Pipeline LLP held a hearing of report on implementation of approved investment program and tariff estimate for provision of regulated oil transportation services through Kenkiyak-Kumkol main pipeline to domestic market before consumers and other concerned parties for the first half of 2023. The report of the Partnership was held in the form of a public review.

Representative and expert of Almaty Department of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of Ministry of National Economy of Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as heads of departments of the Partnership took part in the hearing.

This report was conducted in accordance with requirements of paragraph 6 Article 25 of the Law of Republic of Kazakhstan "On Natural Monopolies".
